Must-Have Requirements

Active California RN License

BLS

Minimum 2-3 years recent OR experience

Travel experience

Experience circulating trauma cases

Experience with orthopedic surgery

Experience with neurosurgery

Experience with vascular surgery

Ability to take call

Flexibility to float to affiliate facilities

Primary Schedule

• 4x12-hour day shifts
• Variable starts may occur:
  • 7:00 AM
  • 9:00 AM

Night Coverage

May be required to cover an occasional night shift during the contract.

Call Requirement

• Call shared equally among OR staff
• Approximately every 6 weeks
• Could be 6-8 call shifts in a 6-week period
• Includes:
  • Nights
  • Evenings
  • Weekends
