Sales Development Representatives typically earn between $50,000 and $60,000 per year , with top performers making $80,000+ annually. Earn more as you learn more. Our commission structure is designed to reward performance, and our training equips you to succeed with a proven system.

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached

• Comfortable traveling within the local area for events and store placements
