Doula - Labor and Delivery (L&D) - Per-diem - Nights Feb 20, 2026 $116K - $116K Location Brooklyn, New York Shift Night Flex (United States of America) Description At NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, Doulas provide a supportive, compassionate environment for all phases of ante- through post-partum care. With over 5,000 births annually, the team offers expert care and high-quality resources to mothers and babies. Doulas will provide emotional and physical support to patients and families during labor, birth, and postpartum. The doula will work closely with the birthing team—including midwives, nurses, and physicians—to provide safe, high‑quality, culturally sensitive care to all patients giving birth at NYP/ BMH. This is a per‑diem night shift position at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, with weekends required. All roles require on‑site presence; therefore, employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
