This role requires close collaboration with the retail media team to align campaigns with brand goals and objectives, ongoing monitoring and optimization to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and the management of multiple brands.Core Competencies:PartnershipsGrowth mindsetResults orientedCustomer focusedProfessionalismReporting Relations:Accountable and Reports to: Director, Retail Media Operations, RedMediaDirect Reports: NonePrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Execute and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate setup and timely activation.Collaborate with retail media team to understand brand goals and ensure all campaign elements are aligned with those objectives.Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.Manage a set of brands, ensuring their campaigns are executed effectively and provide regular updates to the team.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during campaign activation or execution.Compile and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Stay updated on changes and updates to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, etc.) and leverage new features or best practices to improve campaign performance.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field3-5 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or media buyingExperience managing campaigns across multiple advertising platformsPhysical Requirements:Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.Must be able to meet with customers.Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.Commitment to the Hy-Vee Mission and a willingness to promote the values of the company.Strong interpersonal skills.
