This role works autonomously and may guide other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations. This job profile is intended for professional-level staff that works autonomously and may coordinate the activities of other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations.This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate administrative support activities across teams.Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.Organize meetings, events, and logistics.Support document management and filing systems.Provide guidance to junior support staff.Skills & Qualifications:Typically requires advanced vocational training (or equivalent experience) and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle non-routine tasks. Proficiency in office tools and systems.
