Hospitalist Physician Locums Job in Tennessee Night Shift ASAP - Ongoing Assignment
Coverage Details
ASAP - Ongoing
Temporary privileges available
Night shift, 7pm-7am
Tuesday through Monday schedule (7 days on / 7 days off)
Schedule may also consist of 2-4 day stretches interspersed
Weekend coverage required Requirements
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Tennessee License or IMLC
Tennessee DEA
ACLS Assignment Details
Admissions and cross coverage
Setting: Hospital
EMR: Epic experience preferred
Admissions per night: 6-8
Daytime census: up to 20 patients
Patients/day: 6-8 new encounters plus APP support when needed
Types of cases: Non-ICU adult admissions for a variety of presentations
Critical care responds to codes; provider expected to respond to rapids for their patients
Rapid response team available
Closed ICU
