Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Background working with K–age 22 school-age students in a special education, autistic support, or life skills setting
• Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individualized educational goals
• Ability to track and manage required paperwork and documentation efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in the Low Incidence Program
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions supporting motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
• Collaborate with educators and related service professionals for student-centered planning
• Maintain comprehensive records aligned with school and regulatory standards
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
