This full-time Occupational Therapist position is essential in serving a diverse school-age population (Kindergarten through age 22) within the Low Incidence Program, including students receiving autistic support, those with life skills challenges, and individuals with multiple disabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist, with relevant credentials in the state
• Prior experience working with school-age youth in special education settings, especially those in autistic support, life skills, or with multiple disabilities
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with documentation and paperwork demands
• Ability to adapt interventions and support individualized student needs
• Collaborative, positive approach when working with educators and related service providers
• Commitment to creating accessible, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K–age 22 students in the Low Incidence Program
• Assess students’ skills and create tailored intervention plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with educational guidelines
• Work closely with teachers, aides, and family members to ensure successful interventions and goal tracking
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress evaluations as needed
