Responsibilities

• Plan and execute machining operations by interpreting technical blueprints.
• Collaborate closely with mill operators to ensure precision and quality in production.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Fabrication teams to streamline machining processes.
• Develop Mastercam 2024 programs for complex 3D contour prototype models.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam 2024, with a focus on complex 3D contour models.
• Experience machining prototypes and unique, complex parts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Experience coordinating with mill operators, Engineering, and Fabrication teams.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR requirements.
• Available to work 1st shift with flexibility for weekly overtime.
• DoD clearance preferred but not required.
• Experience with 5-axis machines preferred.
• Aerospace R&D experience preferred.
