Schedule: Sunday-Saturday | 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM


We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to join our team on a long-term assignment. This position involves operating both CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts based on blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machines (milling, grinding, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Adjust machine settings, including tools, feeds, and speeds
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Maintain quality standards and complete required documentation
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior machining experience preferred but not required
• Trade school training is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail

Certifications

• Machining-related certifications may be required depending on equipment

Skills and Abilities

• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Office)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 30 lbs occasionally
• Ability to push/pull up to 500 lbs with equipment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and hand use
• Must meet vision and hearing requirements

Work Environment

• Exposure to machinery, loud noise, and varying temperatures
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
