Quick Facts Location: Hancock, MI (500 Campus Drive) Start Date: 08/21/2026 End Date: Flexible, depending on assignment needs Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM (onsite orientation required 1 day prior to first shift) Hours/week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem Required Licenses/Certifications: State license & certification in good standing (additional certifications preferred) Experience: Prior ED experience preferred; recent grads may be considered with appropriate qualifications Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (rate to be discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Travel, lodging, licensure, and certification reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ED setting Collaborate with ED physicians, RN staff, and support teams Document patient encounters accurately using Meditech EMR system Manage an average of 36 patients per day, including admissions (about 3 per shift) Support inpatient and outpatient care as needed Participate in onsite orientation and adhere to hospital protocols What You Need Required: Valid Michigan state license and certification to practice as PA or NP Ability to treat patients across all age groups Strong clinical and communication skills Preferred: Previous emergency department experience Familiarity with Meditech EMR system About the Assignment Join a dedicated emergency department team at a reputable facility in Hancock, Michigan, providing quality urgent care.
