The IT Systems Administrator role will provide support to and will report to the Director of Operations at CyKor.Role and Responsibilities:Assist employees with computer hardware and software related issuesInstall and configure software and hardwareAdminister various SaaS applicationsIdentity & Access managementMobile device and patch managementTroubleshoot issues and outagesDevelop expertise to train staff on new technologiesInteract with employees to assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support when neededPerform routine/scheduled audits of IT systems & applicationsHelp to identify areas for improvement and make solution recommendationsRequirements:2-3 years' experience as a Systems Administrator or similar roleExperience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, IntuneExperience managing Apple MacOS, iOSExcellent communication skills and ability to work well as a teamAbility to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervisionStrong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practicesResourcefulness and problem-solving aptitudePreferred Skills:Experience managing Cisco security products – AnyConnect, Umbrella, Secure Endpoint, DuoExperience managing Cisco network devicesProgramming or scripting experienceCybersecurity experience i.e. vulnerability scanning and identificationSalesforce administration experienceFamiliarity with various operating systems and platformsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packagesOpportunity to work with a dynamic and talented teamCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesA positive and inclusive work environmentChance to make a significant impact on the company's successCyKor, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
