ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ryan Salonia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Must be sales minded. 
• NJ/PA border applicants preferred. Candidate should be within a 30 minute commute to agent's office in Howell, NJ to be considered for a hybrid role. 
• Candidate will be working to gain successful relationships with new leads in the PA/NJ area.
