Qualities for Success in this Role:
- Coachable - able to follow instructions and is accountable for their results
- Love to work hard and have a sense of purpose
- Adaptable/flexible - doesn't shy away from work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Achievement-oriented - willing to take on challenges, even if they might fail
- People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people
- Current Property&Casualty or Life&Health license preferred
- Experience in sales (retail, outside/inside sales or telemarketing)
- Experience managing client relationships
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs
- Generate insurance quotes
- Meet new business production goals set by the Agency Owner
- Establish client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- Growth potential/opportunities for advancement within my agency
- High energy, fast-paced work environment
