ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019, and since then, we’ve built a close-knit team of five dedicated professionals who truly enjoy working and growing together. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate finance as a CPA in New York, which gave me a strong foundation in helping people make smart financial decisions. I’m a proud Syracuse graduate, a mom to two boys (11 and 13), and when I’m not in the office, you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with my dog, Charlie.

We’re actively involved in our community, from serving on the board of the Jersey Shore Chambers to participating in networking events, happy hours, and women’s chamber initiatives. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jen Ortiz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
