In-Home Family Model Caregiver for Adults with IDD
Golden Years
Golden Years provides supports and services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Tennessee. The Family Model Program offers a home-based care option where caregivers provide support in a family setting. The duties include implementing the individual's support plan, assisting with daily living skills, medication administration, and documentation. A HS Diploma and CPR/First Aid are required, with additional certifications obtainable after hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr Golden Years
