Wedding Day Coordinator – Venue 1883

Position Overview
Our Wedding Day Coordinators are the go-to person on-site, making sure each event runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is focused on execution, organization, and creating a seamless experience for couples, guests, and vendors.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact at the venue on the wedding day
Oversee venue setup including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces
Ensure tables, linens, chairs, and venue elements are placed correctly
Coordinate vendor arrivals, setup, and access to the property
Manage the event timeline and keep everything on track
Communicate with the couple, wedding party, and vendors throughout the day
Direct ceremony flow including processional and recessional cues
Assist with transitions between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Troubleshoot any issues quickly and calmly
Oversee cleanup and ensure venue standards are met at the end of the night
