We are seeking a full-time clinician in Canton, GA! This position will support the Cherokee County region. We are hiring community-based MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Clinicians/Therapists to provide mental health services in the community for area for youth and their families following the evidence-based model, throughout the different stages of treatment. Services are provided in program participants’ homes and are geared towards serving youth who are in need of intensive community-based intervention, are at risk or have a history of out-of-home placement, and/or have community justice involvement. More information about MST can be found here: Job Responsibilities: Carry a caseload as assigned. Actively participate as part of a therapy team, including attending weekly team and individual supervision meetings. Assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports, and with both clinical and concrete services. Make case progress notes as required Participate in all training, supervision, and consultation activities. Preferred Experience: Direct use of pragmatic (i.e., structural, strategic, and functional) family therapies Individual therapy with youth and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques Marital therapy using behaviorally based approaches *Behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance Implementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth’s natural ecology thataffect or influence the behavior of youth (i.e., family, peer, school, and neighborhood) Preferred Knowledge: Family systems theory and application Social-ecological theory and application

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with youth and families. Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families. Salary range for this educational level iscommensurate with credentials held andexperience. Non-Licensed Therapist salary range: $51,993 - $57,534 Licensed Therapist salary range: $57,234 - $61,757 Why Join us?
