Warehouse SupervisorPay: $20–$25/hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM Shift: Full-Time | 1st Shift / Day ShiftA growing manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities and supervise a team of approximately 10–15 employees.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is organized, dependable, confident giving direction, and comfortable holding employees accountable while keeping materials and orders moving efficiently.What You'll DoSupervise and direct 10–15 warehouse employeesAssign daily tasks based on production needs and customer prioritiesOversee shipping, receiving, storage, and material handlingCoordinate material flow throughout the facilityMonitor productivity and ensure daily priorities are completedImprove warehouse processes and workflowMaintain accurate warehouse paperwork and transaction recordsHelp maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environmentCommunicate expectations clearly and hold team members accountableWhat We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse supervisor, warehouse lead, or manufacturing leadership experienceExperience supervising approximately 10–15 employeesStrong leadership and people-management skillsConfident and firm when providing directionStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handlingBasic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPaint, powder coating, automotive, or manufacturing experience is a plus
