Description
Job Summary : Provide support services, case management, and guidance to individuals and families in need of emotional, practical, and financial assistance. Services are directed towards achieving self-sufficiency, preventing or remedying abuse or neglect, and providing assistance to ensure a safe, stable living environment. Functions are performed in the office, in the field, or at various community agencies and facilities.
