Job Description

* Lead daytoday site operations on retail/TI projects

* Manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics

* Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards

* Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and inspectors

* Resolve field issues to maintain programme and budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 5+ years' experience as a construction superintendent

* Retail TI or renovation project experience preferred

* Proven ability to control active jobsites

* Strong subcontractor and stakeholder communication skills

* Proactive, handson leadership style
