Senior Analyst - Trustee Reporting & Controls

Model newly onboarded CLOs and Leveraged Loan Facilities Maintain ongoing compliance calculations Produce trustee reporting for arrangers, managers, and investors Develop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions Analyze large datasets and provide actionable stakeholder insights Ensure business reporting and compliance needs are met within legal requirements Collaborate with internal parties to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant calculations Build, maintain, and validate compliance and reporting dashboards and tools Uphold data and reporting standards across projects Identify and develop automation techniques for efficient processes Perform scenario updates, test result validation, and reconciliations Translate business questions into analytical tasks supporting strategic decisions Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management Design and implement systems ensuring data accuracy and reliability Perform validation and quality checks Collaborate with IT teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and efficiency Requirements 3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or a similar field Bachelor's degree in a related field required Strong analytical skills interpreting legal documents, indentures, and CLO and Leveraged Loan Facility data Experience with collateral testing, coverage, quality tests, limitations, borrowing base calculations, waterfall mechanics, interest and principal payments, and report development Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices Intermediate experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel Intermediate experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables Intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets clearly and actionably Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills Experience with Solvas/CDO Suite/WSO platforms required Experience building or maintaining Power BI reporting solutions, including modeling, DAX, report layouts, and data transformation Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Data Analytics and Data Management, with a strong focus on compliance, reporting solutions, and data accuracy.
