Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Seeking a full-time State Licensed Claims Advocate specializing in complex Contents claims, the remote position will manage customer relationships, investigate claims, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a top-tier customer experience. Key responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers, providing support throughout the claims process via phone and email Evaluate and investigate claims to facilitate timely settlements while ensuring clarity in coverage decisions Organize and prioritize daily tasks to resolve claim-related inquiries efficiently Required qualifications 1 year of property claim handling experience, including complex Contents and Loss of Use claims Experience with estimating software, such as Xactanalysis or Xactware products, is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new technology Empathy and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences College degree and an active adjusters license in good standing, or willingness to obtain one within the first 3 months
