Job Description: CIAS Counseling seeks motivated, independently licensed clinicians interested in providing high-quality care within a collaborative private practice setting. Clinicians will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families across a range of ages and may provide case management as appropriate. A minimum caseload of 15 clients is expected, with additional incentives available for clinicians who maintain a higher caseload. Qualifications: MA degree in Counseling or related field. WA Licensed Mental Health Counselor/ Or related license Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
