Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and therapeutic sessions with clients via telehealth, ensuring to provide a safe, confidential, and effective environment for healing. Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation daily, ensuring adherence to the licensing requirements of Washington State. Engage in weekly supervision sessions to reflect on practice and receive constructive feedback to enhance treatment methodologies. Participate in quarterly team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and contribute to ongoing team development. Collaborate with fellow counselors and support staff to streamline operations and improve client outcomes, leveraging our integrated support systems. Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team, reinforcing a workplace culture that values empowerment and mutual support. Obtain and maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage as mandated. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals aged 9 through adulthood. Your expertise in mental health treatments and therapeutic techniques will be essential in addressing a multitude of issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral struggles and life transitions. This position is particularly suitable for counselors who aim to move away from the high-pressure, high-volume caseloads typical of community mental health settings. Qualifications A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required. Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is necessary. Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and their families, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions. Ability to adapt to a virtual work environment, utilizing technology efficiently to deliver care and communicate with clients and colleagues. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record in providing effective therapeutic interventions. Experience working with diverse populations and varying age groups, tailoring approaches to meet individual client needs.
