Plastic Surgeon - Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgery - Western Maryland

Join a growing employed plastic surgery practice in Western Maryland offering a diverse mix of reconstructive, cosmetic, trauma, and cancer reconstruction cases. This opportunity provides a well-balanced surgical practice, strong institutional support, academic involvement, and the opportunity to help shape an expanding plastic surgery program alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Practice Highlights

Join an established medical group with more than 600 physicians and advanced practice providers.

• Diverse case mix including reconstructive, cosmetic, trauma, and cancer reconstruction procedures.
• Well-balanced schedule with 4 days of clinic and 1 dedicated day in OR
• Academic opportunities- teach and mentor medical students and residents with faculty appointment
• Collaborative environment with dedicated APP support and multidisciplinary surgical teams.
• Approximately 5 days of call per month.
• Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of an expanding plastic surgery service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed 600,000 base salary with RVU bonus potential
• 50,000 sign-on bonus and up to 50,000 in relocation assistance to Washington County
• Generous PTO, CME Time, CME Allowance, and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Interest in reconstructive, cosmetic, trauma, and cancer reconstruction surgery.
• Passion for academic medicine, teaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland.
