KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a System Analyst for an immediate contract engagement with our client.

Job Description :

We Are Seeking an experienced System Analyst to gather, analyze, and document clear, actionable, and testable business requirements while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role will support Agile projects by analyzing current- and future-state business processes, coordinating requirements, supporting quality assurance activities, developing test plans, and maintaining project backlogs. The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis and Agile experience, along with a mentoring and knowledge-transfer mindset to help business teams establish sustainable processes and successfully transition solutions from project implementation into ongoing operations.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead business analysis activities to identify, document, validate, and maintain functional and business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs, impacted processes, system functionality, and data requirements.

·         Translate business objectives into detailed requirements that are clear, unambiguous, measurable, and testable.

·         Analyze existing processes and develop future-state workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased operational efficiency.

·         Work with business stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and repeatable testing processes.

·         Establish and document repeatable business and technical procedures that can be used for ongoing maintenance and operational support.

·         Serve as a ScrumMaster or Agile facilitator, helping teams effectively manage ceremonies, workflows, priorities, and project deliverables.

·         Create, organize, and maintain Agile backlogs, including epics, features, user stories, and tasks, using tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

·         Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure requirements remain aligned with project objectives and timelines.

·         Monitor project scope and requirements to identify changes, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts to project outcomes.

·         Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure required project documentation and deliverables are completed on schedule.

·         Support quality assurance activities by ensuring requirements are sufficiently detailed to support effective testing and validation.

·         Apply knowledge of data governance principles to ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in decisions related to business and system data.

·         Analyze and assist with resolving critical issues related to requirements, business processes, system functionality, and project delivery.

·         Evaluate the potential business impact of changes to scope, requirements, processes, or system functionality.

·         Coordinate with developers, QA testers, solution architects, database professionals, UI/UX teams, vendors, and other technical resources to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.

·         Contribute to project documentation, process models, roadmaps, technical materials, and knowledge-transfer resources.

·         Promote Agile best practices and help business and delivery teams develop sustainable processes that support the transition from implementation to maintenance.

·         Provide mentoring, guidance, and knowledge transfer to business users and project team members as needed.

·         Communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

·         5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.

·         5+ years of experience with Quality Assurance concepts and processes.

·         5+ years of experience working with Agile project management tools and managing epics, features, user stories, and tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

·         5+ years of experience understanding and collaborating across Business Analyst, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.

·         5+ years of experience documenting current-state and future-state processes and developing supporting business or technical content.

·          Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.

·          Experience developing test plans and supporting business-led testing activities.

·          Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project delivery practices, and Scrum principles.

·          Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·          Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project schedules and stakeholder expectations.

·          Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

·         3+ years of experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps.

·         3+ years of experience with project management methodologies and Agile practices.

·         3+ years of experience using business analysis and process modeling tools such as Figma, Visio, or similar applications.

·          Experience serving as a ScrumMaster or Agile facilitator.

·          Experience with Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, or comparable Agile lifecycle management platforms.

·          Experience with process improvement, workflow analysis, and business process reengineering.

·          Strong mentoring and knowledge-transfer capabilities.
