Salary: $120,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• We expect at least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• We prefer hands-on experience with Salesforce PSS, Case Management, and Experience Cloud; Salesforce Field Service experience is an added advantage.
• We need strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
• We look for a solid understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, and declarative configuration.
• We require experience working in a hybrid Agile delivery model.
• We value experience with source control and DevOps practices.
• We want strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• We prefer Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.
• We prefer experience with CI/CD tools such as Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• We prefer experience supporting enterprise release management and production operations.
• We prefer experience working in regulated or large-scale environments.

• We design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and technical user stories.
• We configure and tailor Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, assignment and escalation rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• We develop and improve Case Management solutions, including case intake, routing, queues, escalation, entitlements, and service workflows.
• We create and maintain Experience Cloud sites, including access, navigation, branding, page structure, and external user experiences.
• We develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs when needed.
• We partner with cross-functional teams to turn requirements into practical technical solutions and estimates.
• We participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives within a hybrid Agile environment.
• We support testing, defect fixes, user acceptance testing, deployment work, release validation, and post-production troubleshooting.
• We contribute to DevOps work, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, metadata deployments, and environment management.
• We document technical designs, configuration updates, deployment steps, and support processes.
• We follow Salesforce coding standards, security best practices, and platform governance requirements.
