Hybrid Commercial Insurance Account Exec for Large Accounts

Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a growing Programs Division. This division specializes in managing accounts for industries such as car dealerships, golf courses, pest control, and equipment rentals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling middle-market to large accounts and possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Compensation Package Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000+ (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of middle-market to large accounts within the Programs Division. Handle accounts with sizes ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 in premium. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with team members to divide and manage the book of business based on experience. Utilize Sagitta software for account management and documentation. Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Work closely with the Director of Operations and other team members to achieve departmental goals. Qualifications / Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 7+ years handling middle-market to large accounts, preferably with experience at medium to large brokerage firms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta software or similar platforms. Soft Skills: Intelligent, outgoing, and driven with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
