Portland, Oregon is the preferred location for this opening, but other office locations will be considered. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA‑accredited law school 4+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including: Leasing Purchase & sale agreements Development‑related contracts Strong interest in engaging in real estate and construction, natural resources, or energy industry groups and business development Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team‑oriented setting, but with significant independence A track record showing exemplary client service, organizational skills, and teamwork Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and in communication Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity is required Candidates should submit PDFs of their cover letter, resume, law school transcripts, and a writing sample directed to Michelle Baird‑Johnson, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Integration.
