Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions as directed by site policy, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts. Support a professional environment at a technology‑focused location by assisting employees, visitors, and vendors with directions, policy questions, and/or security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
