Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the GlobalDigital Hub long-term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of our Social Mediapriorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different Social Media initiatives, youwork with relevant stakeholders and assist them on how to further develop their social mediaperformance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools to meet their overallgoals.The Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting and partnering with our BusinessPartners in executing on the social media strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives acrossthe Roche online presence. The role is expert in all aspects of content and channel managementacross different social media platforms and can build out reporting metrics that support thebusiness in continuing its growth to meet KPIs and objectives.The Opportunity:Understanding and managing social media campaigns and/or channels in a way that supports other digital channels’ initiatives and ensures a cohesive and enjoyable experience for the customer.Understanding the business partner’s preferences, identifying the unmet needs, suggesting new Social Media tactics and opportunities for the business partner to reach program goalsMonitoring and replying to customer queries received via inbox and/or global social media channels, content monitoring on social media channels for questions, adverse events, and product complaints reportingKeeping accounts, billing and payment information up to dateSupporting and leading cross-functional initiatives, maintaining a global perspective even when supporting departmental effortsBusiness Process Management: As a center of excellence, establish process governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibilityWho you are:1-3 years of experience in managing social media channels, including community management, campaign implementation & optimisation and analytics reportingStrong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential.
