Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Provider Relations to lead growth efforts, strengthen provider partnerships, and expand our presence in the local healthcare community. This position will report directly to the VP& GM.

Key Responsibilities

Lead provider outreach, sales, and relationship management efforts
Develop and execute strategies that drive referral growth and market expansion
Build strong partnerships with physicians, clinicians, and community organizations
Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities
Collaborate with leadership to set goals and track results
Represent the company in the community and at industry events
Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, and operational standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of healthcare sales, marketing, or provider relations leadership experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills

Pay

$90,000-$130,000 plus commissions
