- Perform detailed evaluations of patients' physical health, reviewing medical histories and conducting physical assessments.
- Design personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
- Administer various physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and other therapeutic modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care strategies, and treatment plans to ensure continued recovery and prevent further injury.
- Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license.
- Previous experience in acute care or outpatient settings preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
