I opened my agency in 2018 after working as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience needed to build a strong, people-focused office. Our team includes three members, and we’ve created a fun, positive environment where energy and teamwork are part of everyday life. We’re a basketball family — with my son playing at the University of Maryland — and we love to travel, which reflects the competitive spirit and curiosity we bring into our work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Autumn Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
