Senior Community Director, Affordable Housing (100+ units)

MEADOWS APARTMENTS

American Property Management is seeking a Community Director (Property Manager) for LARC at Burien, a 160-unit senior tax-credit community built in 2020. This on-site role requires 5+ years in affordable or tax-credit multifamily management and supervision, with at least 100 units managed, and a strong grasp of Fair Housing and ADA laws.

You'll oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, coordinate sales and marketing, manage budgets, and lead a team to deliver exceptional resident service while
