Record Retrieval Clerk (THD) - PRN - Evenings

We're looking for a qualified Records Retrieval Clerk PRN like you to join our Texas Health family. Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas TX 75231 Work hours: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Sunday through Thursday evenings (generally about 3 to 3.5 hours per night) HIMS Records Management highlights:

• Great secondary job or extra hours job
• Evening hours that are a bit flexible – One to two hours in the evenings between 4:00 pm to midnight

Qualifications Here's What you Need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
• 6 months of healthcare office setting, or previous customer service experience REQUIRED
• Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer and office equipment skills. Ability to work independently and self-motivated.

What You will Do:

• Collects prepared medical records/documents for courier collection
• Document/Record preparation and delivery
• Assists internal and external customers as needed
