As a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal at New Frontier, you will be a critical driver of our mission to help immigrant families LIVE FREE. You will handle complex removal defense and family-based immigration cases, partner closely with attorneys, and deliver an extraordinary client experience rooted in clarity, compassion, and excellence.Your work directly impacts family unity, personal safety, and long-term security for the clients we serve. You are energized by both complex casework and client-facing communication, and you believe in advocating for immigrants with excellence, innovation, and heart.Responsibilities/DutiesCasework & Legal SupportManage a substantial caseload of family-based and removal defense mattersPrepare and file immigration applications including I-589, I-42B, and bond requestsSupport attorneys in removal proceedings and USCIS mattersDraft detailed declarations, particularly for asylum casesGather, analyze, and organize evidence for court filingsAssist attorneys in preparing clients for interviews and hearingsTrack and meet all critical deadlinesRespond to USCIS Requests for Evidence with precision and clarityClient ExperienceProvide exceptional client service, ensuring clients feel informed and supportedExplain immigration processes and case strategies clearly and confidentlyTeam Collaboration & LeadershipMentor and guide Legal Assistants on best practicesMaintain accurate and thorough case documentation using FilevineCoordinate with EOIR, ICE, and USCIS to support case progressionRequirementsMinimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experienceExpertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitionsExperience preparing clients and documentation for Individual Calendar HearingsStrong understanding of asylum processes and complex removal defenseDemonstrated success managing complex case typesFluent bilingual English–Spanish requiredBachelor's Degree preferredExperience supervising or mentoring support staffExceptional communication and client-service skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with legal case management systems (Filevine preferred)Ability to work on-site in both our Phoenix and Glendale locationsLocationGlendale, AZCompensation$28–$32 per hour, depending on experience, plus:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with employer matching5 weeks PTOPaid professional developmentA career where your work creates real, lasting impact on immigrant families
