Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Transactions Department. The firm provides legal services across a broad range of practice areas and serves individuals, businesses, financial institutions, governmental entities, special districts, homeowner associations, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations.
Responsibilities

• Assist with and independently handle business and real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on a variety of transactional and legal matters.
• Conduct legal research involving case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and other documents.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals across practice areas.

• 5-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission in good standing to the Colorado Bar , or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Strong foundation in general law with the ability to work across multiple practice areas.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize workload effectively.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong client-service mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
