Roles and Responsibilities

• Design implement and Eligible to workimize Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and ensure client success.
• Design and document well architected Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability performance and security
• Development and deployment
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and ETL tools.
• Define data migration strategies and execution.
• Oversee integrations and configuration
• Collaborate with business analysts product owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• End-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects including planning execution and deployment.
• Code reviews and performance Eligible to workimizations
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Manage version control and branching strategies.
• Coordinate sandbox and production deployments.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients providing technical advice and design direction.
• Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture data model security model and integration patterns.
• Plan and resolve tech debt
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange products.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Eligible to workimize queries triggers and workflows for speed and reliability.
• Conduct regular health checks and system audits.
• Ensure compliance with data governance security policies and regulatory requirements
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend adEligible to workion of new features.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
