Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with Kids Club ABA - VA, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with families and clinical team members. Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and related disorders

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field

• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and concepts

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
