Lead Salesforce Engineer

Salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong depth in declarative development and administration across complex environments.
• We need experience working in customized or multi-instance Salesforce environments.
• We require direct experience with Practifi, Financial Services Cloud, or a comparable Salesforce-based platform for financial services.
• We need experience leading administrators, implementation specialists, or external developers.
• We require a track record of delivering client-facing implementations on committed timelines.
• We prefer experience in wealth management, RIA, or fintech.
• We prefer Salesforce Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certification.
• We value Apex, Lightning Web Components, or API/custom integration experience.
• We require experience leading data migrations and system conversions.

• We architect, configure, and support multiple customized Salesforce instances while designing scalable CRM solutions that balance business-specific needs with platform standards.
• We build automation and functionality using Flow, custom objects, validation rules, Lightning pages, reports, and dashboards, and we extend the platform with custom development when needed.
• We build and maintain CRM integrations and lead data migrations, including export, transformation, validation, loading, and reconciliation.
• We lead CRM onboarding and system conversion projects from scoping through production go-live.
• We scope incoming requests, plan and oversee the implementation team, and own QA and release standards.
• We manage external Salesforce vendors for scope, timelines, quality, and budget while tracking risks and communicating status.
• We maintain documentation standards and mentor Implementation Specialists to strengthen our CRM capability.

We are a wealth management firm seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to own the delivery and ongoing evolution of our RIA CRM platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for architecture, configuration, implementation oversight, QA, data migrations, integrations, and coordination of external developers.
