Research & Customer Recruitment Coordinator - Remote Opportunity! Overview

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Research & Customer Recruitment Coordinator to support user research initiatives and participant engagement programs. This role is responsible for managing participant recruitment, scheduling, communications, and operational support for research studies while partnering closely with Research, Product, and Design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end participant recruitment process for user research studies and customer engagement programs, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, communications, and incentive distribution.
• Partner with Research, Product, and Design teams to understand study requirements and ensure successful participant recruitment and engagement.
• Build and maintain participant pipelines through internal databases, external research panels, and professional networking channels.
• Support multiple research projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of recruitment deliverables.
• Maintain research operations documentation, governance standards, and knowledge management resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, participant targeting, and operational processes.
• Evaluate and leverage new technologies and tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance recruitment efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and support participant communities and research panels while maintaining data quality, engagement, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and research participants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the research process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, project coordination, research operations, participant recruitment, service delivery, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM, research, or customer engagement platforms such as Qualtrics, Salesforce, Dscout, Centercode, Jira, Zendesk, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to coordinate meetings, manage participant communications, and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in optimizing processes and implementing operational enhancements.
• Experience handling sensitive information and supporting data privacy compliance initiatives is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
