Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and logistics activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build hands-on experience across the supply chain function. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to help ensure materials and products are ordered, tracked, received, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and enjoys solving problems and keeping things organized. Key Responsibilities Assist with purchase orders, supplier orders, and routine purchasing activities. Track orders and shipments and follow up with vendors on delivery dates and outstanding items. Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and supplier records. Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages, delays, or excess inventory. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, freight providers, and internal teams as needed. Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments. Help investigate and resolve basic purchasing, inventory, or delivery discrepancies. Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and supply chain documentation. Enter and update data in ERP, inventory management, or purchasing systems. Support invoice, receiving, and purchase order reconciliation. Communicate updates and potential issues to relevant team members. Assist with process improvements and other supply chain projects as assigned. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory, operations, or a related field preferred; relevant internships or academic experience will also be considered. Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with numbers, data, and routine reporting. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers. Nice to Have Experience with an ERP, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management system. Basic understanding of purchasing, inventory management, or logistics processes. Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, or vendor communications. Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
