Supply Chain Coordinator

Customer Support & Supply Chain Representative Location: Irvine, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 annually LHH is seeking a Customer Support & Supply Chain Representative to join our client's team. This position is responsible for supporting customer service operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain activities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide product information, pricing, availability updates, and customer support. Maintain accurate customer records, logs, and documentation. Escalate inquiries to the appropriate departments when needed. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including reviewing invoices and shipping documentation. Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse organization and accuracy. Maintain and update company databases and transaction records. Investigate and resolve shipment, delivery, and inventory-related issues. Support daily logistics planning and operational execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous logistics, supply chain, customer service, or related experience preferred. Experience supporting technical, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial products is highly desirable. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
