Warehouse Order Picker / Cherry Picker Trainee

Must be available for overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.

ProLogistix is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join a growing warehouse team supporting a leading manufacturer of replacement parts. No cherry picker experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for candidates who are comfortable working at heights, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in warehouse operations.

Pay, Raises & Benefits

Starting Pay: $17.25/hour
$1.50/hour pay increase after 4 months
$0.25/hour increase every 6 months thereafter

Job Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Learn to safely operate a Cherry Picker and other warehouse equipment
Work at heights up to 30 feet while following all safety procedures
Accurately verify products and order information
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Assist with inventory and warehouse organization
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Willingness to learn warehouse equipment operation
