Lead and participate in staff development, competency assessments, and continuing education activities. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with physicians, other departments, and both clinical and non-clinical teams to coordinate care. Promote patient advocacy; educate patients and families to enhance safety, understanding, and well‑being. Model professional practice; align with hospital policies, state regulations, and accrediting standards; support managers/directors in skill development.
