- Serve as a role model for other clinicians and support ongoing professional growth
- Ensure practice aligns with institutional policies and state regulatory and accrediting requirements
- Contribute to a safe, patient-centered environment through teamwork and effective problem-solving

Requirements
- Active RN license (California) or eligibility to practice in the state
- Ability to apply adult education principles and demonstrate leadership in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while upholding regulatory and policy standards
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and serve as a clinical resource for staff
