SEO Specialist

Job Title: SEO Specialist Location: Hybrid schedule (4 days/week in office) Start Date: ASAP Type: Permanent Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship The SEO Specialist owns on-page and technical SEO execution across a multi-brand portfolio, driving organic traffic growth by maintaining technical health, optimizing content signals, and connecting SEO performance to measurable business outcomes. Job Summary Own on-page SEO execution across assigned brand sites, including title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, and internal linking. Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues impacting page performance, crawlability, and search visibility across headless, multi-site web properties. Conduct keyword research, competitive monitoring, and local SEO optimization to capture high-intent, location-based search demand. Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall technical site health in partnership with the technical SEO lead. Analyze performance data in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console, translating findings into revenue-connected insights for business stakeholders. Maintain SEO performance dashboards and publish monthly organic traffic reporting across brands. Provide SEO inputs to content calendars and support light metadata copywriting for product pages, titles, and descriptions. Minimum Requirements: 3 years of hands-on SEO execution experience, including technical and on-page disciplines. Demonstrated proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4), including the ability to connect SEO metrics to revenue impact. Experience with Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup, sitemap hygiene, and crawl error resolution. Proven ability to update and manage metadata within a CMS across multiple sites or brands. Experience with local SEO optimization strategies. Working knowledge of AI search fundamentals and optimization for AI-driven discovery engines. Portfolio or work history reflecting multi-brand management or agency experience across multiple client accounts. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Contentful or comparable headless CMS platforms. Background in ecommerce SEO, with food and beverage industry experience considered a strong plus. Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing and project management tools. Experience with SEO tooling such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mondo
