Production Associate-3rd Shift
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team on the 3rd shift (11P-7A & overtime as required). The Production Associate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production quotas are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to production guidelines
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Meet production quotas and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
